Cedar Planks are a mainstay for grilling, an easy and effective way to infuse chicken, beef, or fish with tremendous flavor. We recommend buying blanks that are at least 6″ wide and make sure that you soak the cedar planks for at least 1 hour in water before putting them on the grill. This enables the planks to smoke rather than burn during the cooking process. Shake the excess water from the plank before putting it on the grill.
